Tasked with creating a new concept for the entire building covering 4 floors plus basement alterations, AAID worked with various sub-consultants to provide a well-rounded and considered environment for the future end users. AAID provided a design which was informal and welcoming by creating spaces that allow for unintended interactions. The space has a residential feel with a soft palette, neutral tones with pops of colour at lobbies and breakout spaces. The design considered all areas of TECOM requirements high tech amenities relating to IT, AV, Security, Lighting and Automation. Each of which was carefully integrated to the interior.
