Project works involved full refurbishment over 4 floors and across two properties on the top level with extensive reconfiguration of the interior layout and a new feature stair linking all levels. Client brief for a top floor reminiscent of a loft where the client could watch a new episode of GOT from the bath looking out across the city with a glass of wine. The ground floor was to make a statement of an image the couple loved with a feature staircase to compliment. Lower ground gives way to an office space for 4 people connecting to a lounge area with piano, and musical instruments opening to a landscaped external area enabling a transition from work to socialising.
